Download a copy
Choose Download beside Download a copy. You get a JSON file, named like glored-data-2026-11-02.json, with what Glored holds about your account:

Not included: your password, session identifiers and email link codes (we keep only one-way hashes of them), your authenticator secret and recovery codes, staff's internal notes, and who reported you.
Delete your account
- Choose Delete beside Delete your account.
- Read what is removed.
- Enter your password, if your account has one. An account without a password must have signed in within the last 30 minutes: if it has not, sign out, sign in again and come back.
- Type DELETE and choose Delete account.
This cannot be undone. If the account had an email address, we send a confirmation to it.
Deleting your account:
- removes your email address, username, password, uploaded picture, Google, Discord or Telegram sign-in, two-step sign-in and every session;
- deletes your support requests and their conversations;
- closes your seller page, archives your listings and pauses your offers;
- removes the text of reviews you wrote, while the stars stay, so sellers' ratings do not change;
- holds your username for 30 days, so nobody can pose as you right after you leave.
Some records stay, linked to an account with no email address or username: staff decisions (which keep the seller details recorded at the time), reports, orders, archived listings, activity records and the log of emails sent. To ask about them, write to privacy@glored.com.
Staff and administrator accounts can't be deleted here: an administrator removes their access first.
