Strikes and how to appeal

A strike is a mark staff give a seller who broke Glored's rules, with a reason the seller reads. Each strike lasts 90 days. Three active strikes at once pause your selling until staff review it, and a severe strike suspends it at once.

When you get a strike

  • A member of staff gives it with a written reason, usually after a report about you or a case on one of your orders. The strike can name that case or report by its reference, such as K7QM-3XPA.
  • You get a notification, You received a strike, and an email if your account has an email address. Both say the reason and what happens next.
  • Your seller workspace at /sell lists your strikes under Your standing as a seller, active ones first, each with its reason, the date it was given, the reference it names and until when it lasts.

How long a strike lasts

A strike lasts 90 days from the day it was given. Then it expires: it stays in your list, marked expired, and no longer counts.

What strikes do

StrikesWhat happens
1 or 2 activeA warning. You keep selling.
A 3rd active strikeYour selling is paused until staff review it.
A severe strikeYour selling is suspended at once, however many strikes you have.

Staff mark a strike severe for fraud, such as taking back or recovering an account you sold.

While your selling is paused or suspended, buyers cannot see your listings, your offers or your seller page. Staff review it and can restore your selling. Then your published listings and live offers come back.

Appeal a strike

  1. Contact support from /contact and choose Selling on Glored.
  2. Say which strike you mean, with its date and reason, and why you think it is wrong.
  3. Someone else on the team looks at it again.

If they agree, they withdraw the strike with a reason you read, and you get a notification and an email. The strike stays in your list, marked withdrawn with that reason, and no longer counts toward a pause. Withdrawing a strike does not restore paused selling by itself: staff review that separately.

The same goes for a listing or offer taken down, or a suspension: if you think it was a mistake, contact support and say why. See How to get help.
