Drafts, review and requested changes

Every listing starts as a private draft. When it is complete you submit it, and a member of staff publishes it or asks for changes, always with a reason. Buyers see nothing before that.

Listings are for one-of-a-kind products, such as a game account. Products that are the same whoever sells them, such as in-game currency, sell through offers on product pages instead: see Sell on product pages with offers. Glored decides which categories sell which way.

Write a draft

In your seller workspace at /sell, open Listings and choose New draft.

FieldWhat to enter
Game and product typeWhere the listing belongs.
Title5 to 100 characters.
Description20 to 2,000 characters. Never put passwords, recovery codes or login details in it.
Product detailsThe fields of that game and product type, the same for every listing in the category so buyers can compare. Fields marked Needed before publication must be filled in before you submit.
Asking priceIn US dollars, from $0.01 to $10,000.
Delivery timeHow soon buyers get it after paying, from 5 minutes to 7 days. After that time they can cancel for a full refund.

You can save a draft that is not finished. Drafts are private: only you see them. Set a draft you no longer need to Archived.

Each listing also has its stock, Available units. You can change it at any time without another review.

Submit it for review

You can submit a draft once:

  • your seller application is approved,
  • you have said whether you sell as a trader or a private person,
  • every required product detail is filled in.

Choose Submit for review. The listing shows Awaiting review, and what you sent is saved exactly as it was. While it waits you cannot edit it. To change something, choose Withdraw submission: it goes back to a private draft.

Where a game has a Glored Sentinel check, an account listing is checked when you submit it. A listing that does not pass is not sent, and you see the check's reason. If the check cannot run, try again in a few minutes.

What staff decide

DecisionWhat happens
Approve and publishThe listing gets its own public page. Staff can only do this once its game and category are open for trading.
Request changesThe listing goes back to your drafts, with the reason.

If the category's required details changed after you submitted, staff cannot publish what you sent. They ask for changes, so you can fill in the new details and submit again.

You see each decision in your notifications and under Review history on the listing.

When staff ask for changes

  1. Open Review history on the listing and read the reason.
  2. Edit the draft.
  3. Submit it again.

Each submission is a new version. The history keeps every version, the details exactly as you sent them, and each decision with its reason.

Change a published listing

Choose Take offline to edit. The listing leaves the catalog and returns to a private draft. Edit it and submit it again: it needs a new review before buyers see it again. Stock is the only thing you can change without taking it offline.

If staff take a listing down

Anyone signed in can report a listing. When staff find that it broke a rule, they can take it down with a reason you read. It goes back to your drafts with Taken down by staff and the reason, and you get a notification. Fix it and submit it again. You are never told who reported. See Report a listing, seller or message.

If you think a takedown or a decision was a mistake, contact support from /contact and say why.
