Seller levels, ratings and reviews

Buyers rate sellers from 1 to 5 stars after an order. Your rating and your numbers appear on your seller page and beside your seller name, and they give you a level: New, Established or Trusted. Glored works the numbers out each time they are shown, from your orders, reviews and cases, so they are always current.

Ordering is closed on glored.com today, so no seller has orders or reviews yet, and every seller is New.

Who can review you

  • Only the buyer of a paid order from you, once that order has ended, completed or refunded. Refunded orders count too, so a rating includes the orders that went wrong.
  • One review per order, within 30 days of the order's end. The buyer can change it during those 30 days.
  • A review is 1 to 5 stars, with optional text of up to 2,000 characters.

Reviews show on your seller page, newest first, with what was bought and the date, but never the buyer's name. A review the buyer changed says so. You get a notification for each new review.

Reply to a review

Open the order and write in Reply publicly, 2 to 1,000 characters. Your reply shows under the review on your seller page. You can reply once to each review, so take a moment before you post it.

When staff hide review text

Staff hide a review's text only when it is abusive or shares personal details, whatever its rating. They never hide or change the stars, and they cannot delete a review. Your seller page says why the text was hidden, and the stars still count. If the buyer changes a hidden review, the new text shows until staff look at it again.

If you think a review is abusive or shares personal details, contact support from /contact. Staff never decide on reviews about themselves.

Your numbers

NumberHow it is worked out
RatingThe average stars of your last 100 reviews.
Completed ordersAll your orders that completed.
On timeOf your last 100 paid orders that you delivered or that the buyer cancelled, the share delivered by the promised time. An order the buyer cancelled counts as not on time.
Orders with a caseOf your last 100 delivered orders, the share where the buyer opened a case. Cases the buyer withdrew do not count.
Usually answers inThe middle value of the time between a buyer's first message in an order and your first answer, over your last 100 orders where the buyer wrote.
Selling sinceWhen your seller application was first approved.

Your seller page shows these numbers, with No reviews yet or Not yet until there is something to count. Your listings and offers show your rating, your number of reviews and your level.

Levels

LevelWhat it takes
NewEvery seller starts here.
Established20 completed orders, a rating of 4.7 or more, 95% or more on time, cases under 2%, and 30 days since your first sale.
Trusted200 completed orders, a rating of 4.85 or more, 97% or more on time, cases under 1%, and 90 days since your first sale.

You need every part at once, and at least one review. A level follows your numbers, so it can go down as well as up. Your seller workspace at /sell shows your level and what the next one needs.

Today a level is a badge that shows buyers your track record. It does not change how staff review your listings and offers.
