How Glored works

Glored is a digital marketplace for game accounts, in-game currency and items. Sellers apply before they can sell, staff check every seller, listing and offer, and buyers start from the game they play.
What works today
Ordering (buying and paying) is closed on glored.com while payments are prepared. Games open for trading one at a time. Until a game opens, its pages show its categories and say that trading has not opened.
Today you can:
- Browse every game and its categories, from the search in the navbar or All games.
- Create an account and set it up.
- Apply to sell, and prepare listings and offers for review.
- Get help, and report a listing, seller or message.
Where you would buy, the button says Ordering opens soon. When ordering opens, payment will be in cryptocurrency at first, in the coins shown at checkout.
Browse by game
Shopping starts from the game. Pick a game, then a category: accounts, currency or items. Each game has its own categories.
Things are sold in two ways:

| Listings | One-of-a-kind things, such as an account | Each listing has its own page with its details and one price. |
| Product pages | Interchangeable things, such as in-game currency | You choose how it is delivered and how much you want. The cheapest offer that fits is picked first, and the other sellers' offers are listed below it. |

How sellers and listings are checked
- A seller applies from the seller workspace with a seller name, a few words about what they sell and their country.
- A member of staff approves the application or asks for changes, always with a reason.
- An approved seller prepares listings and offers as private drafts and submits them for review.
- Staff review each listing and offer, and give a reason when they send one back. It appears once it is approved and its game is open for trading.
Staff can also suspend a seller, with a reason the seller reads.
Glored Sentinel
Glored Sentinel is Glored's buyer protection. It starts with the first order, once ordering opens, and covers every listing and offer: the seller is paid only after you have had time to check your order. See exactly what it will cover on Glored Sentinel and in What Glored Sentinel covers.

Glored staff never ask for your password, a login code or recovery codes, and never message you first outside glored.com.
