What Glored Sentinel covers

Glored Sentinel is the name for all of Glored's buyer protection. Buying on Glored opens game by game, and from the first order Glored Sentinel protects every order, on every listing and offer.

Listing pages and product pages show Protected by Glored Sentinel. It leads to /sentinel, which says exactly what is covered. Before trading opens, the badge says it starts when trading opens.

What it covers

The seller is paid after you check

The seller is paid only after your check window ends without a problem. Choosing I received it on the order ends your window early, so choose it only once you have checked everything.

Time to check what you bought

The time starts when the order is delivered. If something is wrong, choose Get help on the order before it ends. If you do nothing, the order completes when it ends. The check window explains it.

On time, or your money back

Every listing and offer promises a delivery time. If the seller misses it, you can cancel on the order page for a full refund. See Cancel an order.

People decide problems

Get help on the order opens a case. The seller has 48 hours to answer, and staff decide within 3 days. Either side can ask once for another member of staff to review the decision. A decision takes effect 48 hours after it is made, unless a review is asked for. See Open a case about an order.

Refunds in the coin you paid

A refund goes back in the coin and on the network you paid with, to a wallet address you give on the order page. See Refunds.

Account checks, in games that have one

Glored Sentinel can also check game accounts automatically, game by game. The games that have a check are named on /sentinel. A game that is not named there has no automatic account check.

In a game with a check:

• The check runs when the seller sends an account listing for review, and when they save a login on it. A listing that does not pass is not sent, and the seller reads why.
• It runs again right before the login reaches you. For a login the seller saved in advance, the order page says Glored Sentinel is checking the account while it runs. If it does not pass, you never get the login and your payment comes back in full.
• If the seller enters the login by hand, it reaches you only once it passes.
• Either way, if the login has not reached you by the delivery time, you can cancel for a full refund.
• A listing whose account passed says so, with the date of the check.

What it does not cover

• Deals made outside Glored, including paying a seller directly or moving the conversation somewhere else.
• Problems reported after your check window ends: by then the order is complete.
